PAY TRANSPARENCY ARCHITECTURE
This course is designed to provide Comp & Ben specialists with a detailed and practical understanding of the concept of pay transparency, exploring its strategic importance and how it can be effectively implemented. As demands for equity and fairness increase, this course provides participants with the tools to successfully navigate the challenges associated with pay transparency.

We work together in this workshop to start from a coherent strategy and analyze each element of a Total Rewards package. We analyze the perceptions and effects of each element of the compensation and benefits package, proven by relevant studies and analysis and of course we break down into the factors we receive each element.
Using practical examples and case studies, we build clarity and certainty in understanding all the concepts in Comp&Ben and using them in practice.

Based on an understanding of Comp&Ben concepts, together we discuss the Technical Processes that underpin the logic of pay policies and pay scales.
We discuss Job Evaluation and its direct link to Performance Appraisal, methodologies and their strengths, differences and similarities. We learn how we can use salary surveys, with tips&tricks and in-depth understanding of possible pitfalls.

We live in a time when employees' need for security is turning into ever-higher salary demands, when candidates' expectations are rising and unsettling internal equity. What do these realities and pressures mean for a comp&ben specialist? We do believe that a good HR is a superhero, and one of the core powers is the one that allows us to juggle and work with numbers. We've got systems, we've got software, but for the most part it's still Excel we're playing in. How easy it is, how well we do it - that's how many hours we spend at the keyboard and how much value we generate. This course aims to make working with Excel easier by teaching you commands and formulas that will be extremely useful in your daily work. It's not a standard Excel course, it's one specifically designed for the needs of HR and the type of analysis and reporting that we do in this job.

For over 13 years she has been coordinating the organization of salary surveys, job evaluations and job grading projects for more than 200 multinational and local companies. For more than 15 years she has been designing and implementing training programs for local and international clients and supports, as a trainer, trainings on HR topics (Comp&Ben, Recruitment & Selection, HR Budgeting, etc.) but also soft skills (Time Management, Storytelling, etc.)
